Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or replacements under any circumstances.

Why No Returns or Replacements?

Custom-Made Designs: Each item is crafted specifically for you based on the words you provide. Once printed, it cannot be resold or reused.

Quality Assurance: We take great care in ensuring top-notch print and fabric quality. Every item is inspected before shipping to maintain high standards.

Hygiene & Ethical Reasons: Clothing items cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns and ethical business practices.

Exceptions

We only offer a replacement if:

You receive the wrong product (different from what was ordered).

In these rare cases, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing chasr.clothing@gmail.com with photos and order details. Our team will review and guide you through the resolution process.
